Why is my site suspended?
Answer
There are a number of reasons that your site may be suspended. Usually, we will send you an email prior to doing so. You can check for emails we may have sent here
If your site was suspended due to non payment, this is easily resolved, by making payment. You may do so here
If your site was suspended due to resource overusage (too much bandwidth, disk space), you may need to upgrade your package. To do so, please check here for services and see what can be upgraded
If your site was suspended for some other reason, please check your client area for open tickets.
If none of the above apply, please submit a ticket and we will investigate the issue
