How do I enable Awstats and Webalizer?
Answer
Before you use Awstats or Webalizer, they must be enabled on your account. This is a quick guide to doing this
Step 1: Login to your control panel
Step 2: Click on 'choose log programs'
Step 3: Enable your statistics software
Step 4: Click Save

If you enable statistics software for the first time, it often takes 2-3 days for the system to develop adequate statistics. If you still don't see anything after this period of time, please contact us and we'll see if we can pinpoint the problem
