What is your backup policy? What kinds of backups are available?
Answer
We back accounts up on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You can request a backup to be restored from our Help Desk if you need one restored
While we do make automated backups, it is strongly advised that you make a backup from time to time for your own retention. You may generate a backup for personal download by going to cPanel -> backups
