If you go to Into DNS and submit your domain name, does this resolve correctly? If so, then move on to step 2.
If not, go to WHOIS, check your domain there. Does this resolve properly? If so, then go to step 2.. If not, you may need to contact your registrar.
Step 2 - Check your connection
From time to time, your ISP may have issues resolving , connecting to, or looking up various sites and domains. Try connecting to a few various sites. If they all connect, just not your service with us, then there may be an issue getting to our service. NOTE: This does not mean that your service is down, merely that your IP cannot connect to our services
Step 3 - Check your server
In your welcome email, you should have received your server name. Try connecting to that directly via http, web, or mail. It should be listening to all of these.
If you cannot connect, let us know.
If you CAN connect, let us know what you have tried
Step 4 - Obtain a traceroute
#1: If you're running a Windows PC, press the Windows key and r at the same time.
#2: In the dialog box, type cmd
#3: In the box that opens up, type tracert yourdomain , where yourdomain is your domain
#4: Take a screenshot of the route so that you can provide this when asked.
If you're still having issues having gone through all of the first 3 steps, please, contact us. Make sure to include all of the information obtained in the previous steps, as this will save a lot of troubleshooting time.
