Problem
You're receiving the following error when sending mail:
421, response: Unexpected failure, please try later.
Resolution
This is a problem with the recipient , not something on our end. There are a few possibilities here, however:
#1: The recipient's email address may be over quota
#2: The recipient's account (hosting) might be over quota
#3: There may be a problem with the recipient's mail server
Contact the recipient, have them see if their provider can assist them with discovering what the issue is
